getting very confused, help

hey, first off i have a 93gs auto, both motor and tranny are going. its cheaper to do the klze swap instead of repairing both things, i have allready ordered a klze ecu kl36, the klze motor with auto tranny are on the way, the tranny is the one that comes attatched to the ze. now i have no idea if this is going to work, do i need to change the tranny control unit, im just lost now, cant find this unit, have most of the dash out again, tried following the wire harness but thats near impossible, am i going to need a unit out of a mx6/probe, will i need to rewire the unit and harness. someone must have done this swap before and i need some help, only have one weekend at the end of this month to get the swap done. all i have for a refference is the crappy chiltons mazda 323/protoege/mx3/mx6/626 and miata, book number 8411 and it doesnt list much for each car. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Sorry can't be more help but I get nervous thinking about the scope of undertaking an engine swap without decent documentation at hand. Good luck.

Yup, sounds like your tranny is getting pretty P.O.'d. That HOLD flashing means the trans. control module is picking up trouble codes. Good luck man.
