basically my question is will I be able to put any after market automatic shifter on my mx3 or will the hold button prevent this and if it does is there any automatic shifetr other than the stock one that I can use with the hold button?

there are some afetrmarket shifters with hold buttons but they are expensive and ive only seen two differnt ones, you could rewire the hold button to a switch somewhere else, its not hard.

how expensive are they?, are there any how to's on re wiring the hold button? thanks for the reply though it was appreciated.
