KL-ZE with auto?

Will a KL-ZE bolt onto a stock GS automatic transmission? Or if I decide to swap in a KL-ZE will i need a new tranny as well?

well right now I'm in the middle off getting my KL-03 running in my 92 GS and it bolts right up.<BR>The only concern is will the tranny handle the increase of hp and torque? I'll soon find out! You'll deffinately want to get a tranny cooler, I'm not too worried about my tranny cause it's new and has a B&M tranny cooler. Good luck.

I have the GS K8. Been running an auto for the last year and am swapping the tranny for the G25M-R this week. I highly recomend the swap if you can get the parts for 1200 bucks or so. Its worth it and i havnt even driven it yet. I think the auto on the mx-3 is really really holding the mx-3's potential back. Totally wrong gearing for acceleration. Ill let you know what the diff is like once im back on the road.
