Well they have tires on them, two of which are bald and one of those has a nail in it that causes a slow leak :p but the other two are like new, the rims are alright condition, there is some scratches on one but that is about it really, Basically name your price if it's reasonable I will probably take it, it just means I have to find a way to get the car to the scrap yard without wheels LOL
