Aircare and other woes

Well, it was that time...aircare...and I failed! surprise surprise!

So any advise on this would be great. I know I still have to get that j-mx-6 chip... For those unaware, I've got the kl-ze. I've got till Jan to fix 'er up. I gotta get that chip soon though, mornings warming up absolutely sucks!

And just yesterday I noticed this weird metallic rattle that's directly involved with throttle. I can be in neutral and it'll rattle when i give her gas. It's still apparent during pure idle, but the exhaust sound overpowers it.

Sean - think it might be the downpipe w/ those washers loosening up? we never really did fix that little prob :p
