Well on Friday I went out to the track finally. Left everything in the car including the spare and speaker box. I also left my 17s on since that is what I use on the street. Best time of the night was 15.07. I had some major traction issues. Last run of the night I had a serious malfunction. Check it out. Please exuse the profanity.

Make sure you dont adjust your boost controller to 14 pounds when you put your pepsi back in the cupholder.

holy **** i thought that was your headliner then i watched it in slow motion, that was your hood! did it break when it came up? do you know why it did that? wow that does suck though

hehehe i did not hav my sound on but i can only imagine the words that would be coming out of my mouth.. although i would have pprolly stopped really quick and shut my hood

Yea I was kinda shocked but not too bad from what you would expect. I alllllmost beat that darn CRX! I kept going cuz I still could see out the windshield.

You're a true driver Jarid. i think most people would have freaked out and slammed on the breaks, let alone finish the race. thumbs up.
were there any other problems? you mentioned traction but i thought you'd be hitting 12/13's out the box...

Holy crap jarid, thats really sad to have seen that happen. Is your roof okay? Fixable? I hope it is, I wonder how the hood pins malfuncioned like that. Maybe one broke loose while your wheels were spinning or something.

heh i would have stopped for fear of damage to the car.. have had similar or worse things happen while driving depends on how you look at it either way yeah some people panic god.. sucks to be behind those people in traffic
