any of the regular programs i suppose like kazaa, kazaa lite, bearshare, etc etc. although ive heard they cannot be downloaded for free anymore....not sure...

limewire, then just stick techno in search box, i got some of the best trance music from there! an most of it is one-off stuff not commercial so tons better!!
