thanks for the comments.. i really appreciate em no matter who it comes from. anyway:<p>the paint job i got with a hookup from a friend who works at a place called 'candy autobody'. the original quote price was $3500 (i was planning to scan the receipt in) but one of the many advantages in living in souther california is getting hookups with some shops with great worksmanship.<p>atlantamx3 - are you referring to the broken gauge cluster? yes i know heh. that thing broke on me around half a year ago and instead of fixing it, i just put a digital speedometer in the pillar pod and rpm tach. i plan on installing the temp gauge and fuel level digital gauge in the glove compartment or somewhere hidden. the odometer still works however.

dude, nice job on the paint, i like it now specially that the big dent is gone.
I have several constructive friendly comments, so dont get me wrong.<p>I am not feelin the fins on the front bumper. You need some serious make over on the interior, all the gauges and stuff seems like an F-14.
Whats that condenser i see in the opening of the front bumper (it seems its not mounted properly).
try to get rid of the license plate somehow, or put it behind the windshield like i did.
And for the last comment, the pix are way too low-res and i dont feel the color @ all, I would be more than happy to host all your pictures on my site @ www.sikbluemx3.com ;its a website i registered for a year and its going to waste since i dont have anything to host on it, so lets work the $hit out of it.
And at the end, i am very happy to see another mx3 building up.

yes i know about the interior heh. thats my next project. almost done just need front seats, reupholstered rears, carpet, and center consoles.<p>that cooler in the front is a transmission cooler. its coming off when i do the mtx swap but if it still helps, then i might mount it under the motor bay or somewhere efficient.<p>i originally had the license plate behind the windshield but cops around here don't like that too much. its all good though.<p>the pics are low res because of the online car show servers are restrictive. i have higher resolution pics and if you're willing to host i will contact you asap. it'd be nice to show everyone the higher res pics. anyways thanks for the first set of helpful comments heh.

Dont meen to go off topic marsh, but Kuruption, what is the deal with one stock tail and one altezza? And marsh, I already told you it looks good, but I will tell you again, nice job.

oooh lol, that car was sold like 4 months ago, now i have a new car. And that picture is just for showing purpose, i never had that altezza on, cuz it was only the driver side.
