What would u guys do?

Currently have a Mx-3 sittin in my garage, id like to get it workin since i got a deal on it... Lookin for a tranny for it, since last one kid blew up >< think he was tryin to do a burn-out, and instead he burned the tranny out, cuz be blew a hole in it >< ouch, yeh... Anyway i need a tranny for it, and also not sure if all the parts are there to put it back on, since i havent seen it on.. Any ideas? also where is best place to find a replacement tranny? and if i go to a junkyard, which car/cars would have one? Thanks for your info..
