;) ), a piece of 2 1/2" aluminum tube and a 3A racing cone filter. Also where the "resonating horn" is i put like a 2" pipe plug.<p>the pics are actually of the second i got it put together so a couple of things have changed:<p>1) the zip tie holding it to the sidewall was replaced with a nice custom bracket<p>2) a brass nipple was put in the pipe plug to hook up that extra vacuum tube

this is the setup for my intake that I had originally had with my 1.8L V-6.

I had upgraded to the PRM intake and just replaced the cone with the PRM...
I didn't do the full intake until after the ZE install.<p>Image

I did phatty writeups in the past about it, you can search for more detail, but I got it at shucks for like 30 bucks, its a civic intake that was cut with a sawzall. good luck!

do u have any probs with water gettin sucked up?

the answer to water getting sucked up is... not even close. Ive been to the coast recently and it was the most water anyone would ever drive through. I was driving through puddles that easily touched teh intake, ive been driving on the freeway behind cars spraying more water than I can see through, and my engine is still perfectly fine. So Ive proved it at least to myself that you wont damage anything with your intake filter hanging below the car.
