Has anybody ever heard of KYB struts, making a clicking noise, Mine do and i have checked for any signs of leakage in them and they still seem to work properly so... i dont know

I've heard that most progesive/ dual rate springs tick when they hit the point where the heavy rate takes over from the light one. Never witnessed it though.

What kind of clicking noise are you speaking of? When is it happening? If it is when you are driving it might not be the struts or springs. Try looking at your sway bar linkages. If they are worn it could be causing some clicking sound.<p>Steve

What kind of springs do u have?? If you have other than stock, its probaly your springs moving around. This happened to me when i had my intrax ones on my RS. The perch's werent in the same seat point as the stock perch's were so it would move around a tad bit..

Well the noise is a sharp click, i have intrax springs. I have only heard the noise in the winter and as of today its gone? It just suddenly stopped after annoying me for a 5 weeks straight. I'm still gonna look into it and it maybe the precher mounts, and i have looked into my sway bar linkage, i have ordered new parts for them they were like 60$ each side. I'll keep you guys posted but if anybodys got anymore suggestions i'm open to them.

Clicking could also be your strut tops
maybe the bushings are worn

My friend mx-3 also has that problem we changed everything in the suspension except the table bushing and there's still a clicking sound. His running the same set-up has my pro lx 93 and i don't have any problem for my part. We have apex coil with kyb gr-2 strut on our car. Can tell you that the mx-3 has way more handling then my pro but then he has 17" wheel on.
