actual suspension tech. drop?

i see these things advertised everywhere and they say it's a .80" to 1.5" drop and on other places it's 1" to almost 1.3" drop. what is the ACTUAL drop for a 92 rs sohc?

would it drop my 1992 mx3 rs sohc 1.3" or only 1"?

does ANYONE have a set on their sohc or know what the drop is?
