Where can I get a kit, or anything else really, to convert my 4x100 lug nut system to something like a 5x125 (at least 5 lug nuts) ??? :D

Sorry, no such kit is available.
You'll have to do it with junkyard parts.

I want to do this so I can put NEW rims on my car. Any GOOD rims are almost impossible to find with just 4 nuts, pretty much all are 5 or 6.
Thanks. :D

There is quite a variety to choose from.
