Tokico (Exc. ABS??)

What is the deal with Tokico struts?? I've been looking for struts to put on after my 1.75 drop and the cheapest ones i've found has been tokico but does that (Exc ABS) mean that they doen't fit cars with ABS?? Because i have ABS and it's gonna suck to shell out more for different struts.Maybe i'm totally wrong about the whole ABS thing. I'd really like to know before i go ahead and get some tokicos.
