Can't get liquid n2o out..

How many shots do you guys get running 75 hp jets on a klze? For some reason it seems like i can only get about 15 REAL small shots, I'm talking 2-3 seconds. The reason I'm doing that is just to test my kit out. I haven't had a chance to race anyone yet so I have yet to really get on it. It seems like all I am shooting out is gas. I pull my intake tube off and activate it, and all that shoots out is n2o gas, like it's almost empty. Really frustrating...any ideas?? By the way, I live in arizona where it gets 110+ and i have an all black interior so it gets well over 110 in my car so I don't think it is because the bottle needs to be warmed. I've also got a purge kit and can only get gas to shoot out.
