Clarification on Millenia S injectors

I have some cunfusing over the Millenia S injectors. I've heard they are 280cc... (lazziey said 290..?) but lazziey also said there are 320cc injectors on 1999+KLZEs. I definitly don't know for sure, but I though they only made KLZEs to 98 in an cars... Is there really a 99+ KLZE? Somewhere i heard it was 9:1 and only made 192HP and 160TQ... Also the VRIS is different? I am confused. I am just curiousd about the 99 KLZE, but what I really want to know is if I can run 9-10psi with Millinea S injectors on a stock internals 96 KLZE from a millenia with a Walbro 255 and SAFC properly tuned....? I will most likely be using a T3 or R3/T4 hybrid combo from korban's group buy. Thanks ;)

no yon won't be able to push around 10psi on stock internals...if you do you won't for long...the best psi you should run safe is around 5-6 psi...if you want to go higher than that I suggest the czt kit (pistons, rods, wrist pins, yada yada) they come in 0.020overbore in different compression ratio. Go take a look at their site cyborgzero

as far as millenia kj injectors are concerened..I'm 95% sure they are 280cc and always heard that they were 280..never heard of 290...

if you go up to 10 psi you'll have to get better injectors beecause you'll max out the kj ones. CZR again can mod your fuel rails so they can accept nissan injectors for 150$..

if you plan on running that high of a boost too I suggest someking of stand alone fuel management system such as sds, haltech and megaquirt

yes it does exist a klze with 9.2:1 CR with around 190hp..there was a link not to long ago posted by Ian in another post..I'm not sure though wich injectors they use but if they are 320cc like lazzye say..I'm going to start hunting some down :)

the 1998 and down injectors are 280cc, but the 99 and up are 330cc. the 99+ are rare too so good luck. the 280 should be good for about 250 hp so it all depends on where your hp goals and how much money your willing to put in it. have fun

Hmm I suppose I will go with the 280s unless i can find some 320s... I don't see myself running that much boost, I think my car would just fall apart. Thanks for the help!

Do I need the 99 Millenia rail or can I use the KLZE's?

So if I use a 8:1 or 10:1 FMU do i want to replace my stock FMU with the new one or install the new one down stream? Also, I suppose I will be needing a Walbro 255 in addition to the new FMU? Thanks again

yes you'll need a 255lph HI PRESSURE fuel pump..not the regular ones..I heard bad stories about them...

you have to keep your oem fuel pressure regulator with your fmu..the fmu only works when it sees postive manifold pressure (on boost) but when you're at idle you need something to keep your fuel pressure ok :)

BUT they're fmu's that can adjust base fuel pressure... I think cartech makes one but not sure

*edit* Just took a look at those 550cc injectors...mm..I wonder what are these from (wich car) or if they are aftermarket ones...first time i ssee them

10 psi is safe, it could be run all day long.

Tuned correctly the KLDE has been proven to take 352 whp reliably.

Probably around 300 whp is the limit on stock ECU.
