T3 opinions... looking to upgrade

before it gets suggested:i have no where near enough money to get a GT series(dual ball bearing) turbo. However i think if i use a JGStools manifold i can eek out a Garrett T3 with internal wastegate, 60 trim, and a .63 AR. Basically i wanted to know if these are good specs for a streetable turbo ie full boost @ no more than 4k. and if not what can i change on it (trim/AR)?. and if anyone is inclined to guess at power out put. I'm really trying to put something together that will be good for a low 12 sec pass, so good top end, but also good response.
