Shaft assembly

I'm pulling apart a VJ-11 at the moment.
I have the turbo seperated from the manifold (pain in the a$$ with handtools), I have the compressor housing off and cleaned. What I need is to pull the four bolts from the metal plate on the center section, but I affraid of messing up the compressor wheel now that the housing is off.
I figured out the right socket to use on the turbine and managed to pull the tiny nut from the compressor end of the main shaft, but I don't want to pull the compressor until I understand how the pieces are assembled down the shaft length. I pulled gently on the compressor wheel to no success.
Anyone know how these badboys fit together?<p>Thanks for your time in advance...
Cheers
