question: BPT jspec GTX engine ecu VS. protege GT ecu

ok....i have a question for one of my friends who is about to do the bpt swap in his protege....<P>will the 1.8L j-spec GTX ECU plug into a protege GT's (BP) harness....in other words are the ecu plugs the same???<P>thanks in advance!

I'm currently doing the same swap to my protege the ecu plug should be the same that what i understoud from my research on that subject but it's seem that his going to have to change the implacement of some of the wire in the plug. I'f ever your friends won't more info just email me at
