Re: Turbo manifold
I don't think anyone makes them anymore. I'm sure you can get a company to customize one. I also know that Chris Malden has information on a kit for the SOHC RS. Maybe you can buy one from that company.

Re: Turbo manifold
If he has it on ebay auction, you should bid on it to find out how much he'll sell it for. Just an idea.

Re: Turbo manifold
I email Corksport about that about 2-3 months ago. I got an answer saying that the Sohc and Dohc does not have the same bolt patern for the manifold, therefor, a Turbo manifold for a b6t would work on a Dohc engine, but not for a Sohc engine..
If the manifold were similar, we could put a Dohc head on a Sohc, and that situation was already discuss, and abandon Oh well.
But if you find a turbo manifold, tell me about it, I would be interested to turbo char a Sohc engine..

Re: Turbo manifold
You may want to look back further. It was already discussed and has been accomplished, the B6T manifold can fit the SOHC head with the removal of 2 studs. JF was the first to do this, he has since moved on to the BP motor. Check the online registry for "RS Turbo" or search for the previous thread for the link to his site.

Re: Turbo manifold
If the manifold fit fit just missing two studs would i get a turbo leak? I know thats a stupid question but thats something on of my friends said. I just wanted to know if it was true. I still want to do the sohc turbo if anyone wants to do this also email me or leave a message.

Re: Turbo manifold
There shouldn't be a leak if properly torqued down.

Re: Turbo manifold
Will the turbo manifold fit my sohc head or that only applies to the dohc engines?
