Need more Preformance

I have a 1993 MX-3 GS and I really want to find a way to get more power and fuel economy. I've put in high preformance spark plugs and a K&N filter. I was thinking of designing a cold air intake system that takes air from just infront of the front wheel well. I would really like to put on a supercharger but I sadly can't find anything. I'm sick of loosing to supercharged vehicals. What can I do...and know I don't want an engine swap. If there are supercharger kits that can be used, where can I get them?
