Squealing Noise

I am getting a horrible squealing noise when i reverse, and I can't tell where exactly it's coming from. I replaced my CV joints 2 days ago but the noise started just a few hours ago. A buddy of mine said it could be warped brake rotors. The noise started after i got a full underbody wash so could it be due to ice build-up too?
