well i checked thier site and again they posted a pic of my car for their evo kit that was sposed to have been made back in march. well on top of that now they are slandering the people who are making the drift kit. heres the link.
http://www.onderground-design.com/ENGLISH-HTML/apparel.htm

the funny thing is if you read what they posted they say these kits are unorigional and copys of other cars kits, and blah, blah, blah. they say that thier kits are unique by design. yet they post pics of my car and say that they are going to make the bumper that i have countless hours of labor to make. open mouth insert foot. oh well maybe thats why they dont post any more.

Umm-- and just exactly HOW is THIS not "Cutting and Pasting" like they are blaming Aerogear of doing???

<img src="http://www.onderground-design.com/BT/mx3-mp52.jpg" alt=" - " />

If the pic doesnt show-- go here: http://www.onderground-design.com/BT/mx3-mp52.jpg

Looks like cutting & pasting to me.

Besides-- how would any company make money if the started from scratch on every kit?? If a kit is designed that looks nice, why mess with perfection?

Bastards.

The grammar on that page is some of the worst that I have ever seen. I do not understand how a business can expect itself to be taken seriously when it is incapable of producing a simple website that has proper usage of the frickin' English language.

BTW: If they are using your picture, I assume it is without your permission. Where did they obtain the picture from in the first place? cardomain? Why don't you just add a 'Do no use without express permission of owner' on the page? Then threaten them with legal action.

Many fiberglass body kit manufacturer are always working with existing kit already produced.. this is what we call here, the cheap way to be unique..

There is many design already commercialized, the blitz, the evo, the drift, black widow, shogun, avenger, buddy club only to name ano few...

When they want to make a new body kit for another model of vehicule, they simply take the design they need and they mold it to the original bumper. This will bring you "drift" or "shogun" or any kind of popular model made for the new vehicule....
Wow...bad grammar AND spelling lol. What's a "vehicule"? But you know...I'm just glad there "is many design already commercialized". O man....too funny.

hahaha

""Are they unique ?...Not Really
A honda bumper is only made to keep the shape of a honda.. It doens't flow the curve of a Nissan
Let's see what we are talking about..""

talkin about a nissan when showing a pic of a mazda? wtf is that? and btw, jademx3 didnt you use another kit and custom-mold it to your car? they're not only stealing your **** but contradicting themselves!! LOL down with onderground!!

It was just a couple days ago i had mentioned the whole onder-ground "rev" kit. My opinion of them like some of you was not very good.
They happened to read my post on the ubb and PM'd me with this....

To whom it may concern.

Some of your opinions found on a thread that you wrote is directly against our industry. We have several way to bring pursuit against you for all thead that you have written in the past toward our company.

"Onderground doesnt make a blitz kit for the mx3.
Onderground is a very sad company, all they have done is copy everyother bodykit made for the mx3 trying to make a buck or 2. They try to make an original kit like that "revolution" and it never gets released, why? because they cant make kits. Now that i think of it, that revolution kit wasnt even original, all they had planned was to steal jademx's front."

Our lawyer have been contacted and we will keep tracking every post you will write on mx-3.com for the next 3 months.

The next opinion after this notice that will specify our company will allow us to send you a certified letter and we will be able to take legals actions against you.

You have until Friday 5th December 2003 to remove all your post that you have recently given opinion on our company. After this time all text will be keeped as proof against you.

Better visit this link and see how innocent you were by giving comment's that we don't know how to design kits.. You will see what you were wrong in your opinion.

Ya anyways, i feel what they wrote was a bit ****ed up...
Anyone notice they sell G-Force kits now? Did Arnold go into business with them or did they steal the design?

That's just a lot of BS. There is no legal precedent available to them to sue your over your OPINIONS posted on a UBB. In his little letter, he even points out that they are your opinions. Plus, it's just a good way for them to look like bum-holes to the rest of the community.

Edit your threads BUT, alway s say this is MY opinion and I have a right to it. :)

They gonna sue because you posted what u thought? I think not :) They'll loose and have to pay a crapload of legal fees. ThEN you can counter sue for loss of work for having to see a lawyer, your own fees, and court costs :)

Of course they have to cut and paste to make up a new design. Once the design is complete they make a master Mold and make copy from the master mold. How is this a cut and paste bumper? the Orginial was...but the mold is not. :freak:
