My Chilton's book recommends 10W-30 for temps from -10*F and up. And 5W-30 for temps below 30*F. I use 10W-30 in the winter here in Texas, but in the summer I use straight 30W since my car has such high mileage. As far as tire pressure I recommend going with the specific tire brands recommendation. It should be located on the sides of the tires. It is often between 32 and 35 psi. Hope this helps. Later, Robert.<BR>BTW- Mazda recommends an oil and filter change for non-turbo engines every 7,500 miles (12,000KM), but I change mine every 3,000-4,000 miles just for added assurance.
