i have seen on this site a couple of times people mentioning they had 19' rims on their mx-3. i wanted to know if it is at all possible and if so, what mods, if any needed to be done.

That'd be cool - your car would sit soooooo high on the road! You'd have to modify your car to fit a ladder...
But seriously, havent heard of anyone with 19's. I think 18 is the biggest u can go.

i had 18's and i lowered my car almost 4 inches. i was gonna throw some dubs at it when it was for shows only. 19's will definately fit.

I don't think 19's will fit. I have 18's on my car and they rub when I turn the wheel all the way. Hell, I had to have my strut mount cut due to the rubbing. My car is also lowered 3" with GC coils...
18's are big enough imo, why add excess weight with 19's?
Anto

19" rims will definately not fit without making modifications.
There is no known mx-3 that has ever made modifications to have 19"s. Sure there has been many people claiming to have put 19" rims on an mx-3 but none of them have ever been able to prove it.
Recently there was someone claiming to have 19" rims on their mx-3 and was talking all big about it but when time came around for him to prove it with pictures he hasn't been heard from since.
