Re: Something Different
It has already been done. I did it like 2 years ago. I must tell you it wont be as easy as it looks. For one the bar you are cutting is hollow. so when it is cut you are going to be left with two holes one on each end, in order for it to look right the holes would have to be filled. that will be another project but in any event they will have to be filled.once filled right it would have to be primed, and then painted.finaly you add a mesh grill behind it. Now I have seen some people cut all the way up to the front of were the hole starts to eliminate it, but I have found that it is way to close to the front of the bumper. but I guess that is just a matter of oppinion. here is a pic of mine.

Re: Something Different
I don't think cutting the top bar of the bumper cover is possible because that is where the hardware which holds on the bumper cover is located. There are 4 bolts attached to that top bar which basically hold the bumper on to the car and I think if you cut it off - you'd have trouble....
Let us know how it goes!

NEVER ENUFF CUSTOMS: I like it too, I've been wanting something like that but can't seem to find it anywhere? Can you give me an idea?
BTW I've got the RED LED Washers too, what a pain in the A@# those were to install. I ended up just taking off the dang hood.
