I have seen a lot of cars with white turningsignals back on the car. I would like to have white on my MX3. Or red.
Do you know if it is possible to remove the yellow color?
Is it possible to buy new set of backlights/taillights anywhere?
I have seen pics on red turningsignallights back, they look good as well. Do any of you know if there is a "how to" page someplace?
Thanks

There is one on this guy Tim Harris' website, but the link from mx-3.com isn't updated and the one I have doesn't always work. Here it is just in case it might work sometime: http://wheels.at/mx3
It bassically tells you how to paint the orange/yellow part transparent red. You can buy it at auto stores. The color to get is translucent candy apple red. Tim used translucent model spray paint from Hobby Lobby. The kind he got was a flat color, so in order to make it shiny he bought a clear coat from a auto store that was UV ray resistant. The whole process is:
Removing the tail lights.
Cleaning them really well.
Masking off everything that isn't yellow/orange with tape.
Spraying them with very light coats of paint to make sure when they light up the color is uniform.
Then just put them back in.
