Just wondering if 17" wheels with 215-45-17 tires will fit with no rub or very little rub??

yes they will work. They are basically the same size tire your car is on with stock tires just wider and lower profile

If you have a GS, you can go with either 205/40/17 or 215/40/17. A 45 tire will be too high and throw off your speedometer/odometer by a small but significant percentage.
