ok i'm back. i've been out of the country for a while. anyway...<P>i've started painting my interior and buying my neon lights like a couple months ago, but was too lazy or busy to install them. <P>i was wondering how much the labor would cost for someone or a shop to paint my interior and install neon if i supplied the paint and neon and wiring?
