i need help getting my front bumper off, i just got the fx designs kit and it looks very difficult. i dont kno wwhere to start. i took the back bumper off and it was a b---- getting the new rear bumper (from fx) on. didnt fit properly and license tag wont fit in the area. im gonna hafta grind 1/2" off each side of my tag to make it fit. thanx in advance.

OK complex proceedure but doable. uncrew the turn signals, one screw holding each one on. twist the bulb connection off. place signals somewhere out of the way, remove bulbs if you are scared of breaking them. you should see there are two big screws. unscrew them. under the front fenders on each side there is a screw to remove. Take license plate off. underneath there are three plasic screws to remove and then pop the grey plugs out. open the hood and look down at the bumper itself NOT the cover, there are two square s-bend type brackets each have two screws in them connected to them. these are a pain to get out but need to get out to unbolt the bracket. ontop of the bumper cover there are L-brackets with a bolt each connected to the main body there where the radiator is. these are easy to see and remove so you can do these before the s-bend brackets. once these are done there are two more plastic screws hidden under the bumper cover. next to the light where the bumper cover wraps around it and meets the fender, they are under there pull the cover outwards slightly to expose them. they are plastic and I never figured how to get them out so I've always just broken them out with a flathead screwdriver. once those are released pull the bumper cover out carfully and then twist off the side marker bulb brakets and you're done.
