Has anyone done it? I need to place my intercooler and I think it would be easier to install it with the bumper gone.

It is 100 times easier with the bumper off. You need to undo the side and signal lights, just 3 screws per side plus unplug the lights. The is one screw per side in the fender well that needs to be removed, it holds the corner in tight. Behind the signal light you will see one silver bolt that needs to be removed on both sides. With the hood open, you can see the brackets that attach the bumper to the rad support. Remove the screw from both. Below those supports is a L shape bracket, one on each side that needs removing. They both have 2 screws each and are mounted into the actual bumper. The best way to get at them is by using a rachet with a screwdriver bit attachment. Once you have all of those out there are 3 plugs under the bumper, at the top of the air dam. They are black and the best way I found to take them out was with a long handle screw driver or pry bar. That's all that is too it. This will allow you access to cut the sheet metal to pass your i/c pipes through if need be, at least that is what I did. Another option would be to run the pipes under the rad support, only problem is they could get damaged. It would allow for slightly shorter pipes though.<P>Hope this helps

I have some but would need to get to a scanner to get them on file. They aren't the best and I just redid the entire piping this past weekend. I shortened a section and sealed them better. If you are welding them yourself, use some liquid metal on the beads to help seal the seams. Sand them down and then paint.<P>I will try to take some pics of current setup and post them.
