Brainless, take the rims to a place that does sand blasting and have them "bead blast" them with glass or plastibead and then have them Uerothane the rims, once dried they will look brand new.

Alright man here's a cheap way of making your rims look like new. You go and have the tires taken off and then go out and get simple green and AtoZ simple mag cleaner by eagle one and use those to remove most of the dirt and stuff that may be on it. <P>If there is still some stuff dirt attached to the rims, you can sand the dirt off and make sure that its all smooth and clean. Then go to a paint store and you buy rim paint, its made especially for rims and you paint them, buy a good clear coat and clear coat them. let dry and put the tires back on. Worked on mine should work for you.
