I bought a similar aftermarket B&M type-copy STS for $50 USD from a different seller, delubozparts, last year. Installation no problem along with SRD Bronzoil bushings and SRD extension rod bushing. Great fit and feel so I'm very happy with the results.

Comparing it to the link you provided, I see one big difference ya might wanna evaluate. The B&M STS and the one I bought are both stainless steel shifters. Your link shows that one to be aluminum instead. I've heard the aluminum ones don't feel as "positive" when shifting and even heard stories that they can break...

well after my water pump went like in beginning of the september my mx3 hasnt been driven since and so few days back after Ive finally got it fixed, I just realized what Ive been missing lol. It has that porsche feel to it, and Ive decided, thats it, my baby needs presents for xmas Decided to upgrade shifter/suspension, just didnt have all the time I needed this summer. Btw Charger already got plenty of presents for this year.

Slightly off topic but did you see that it ships to US PROVINCES?? I'm wondering that the heck is meant by that. The US has no provinces!!

lol I can think of a couple of countries that maybe could be honoury provinces. Us ones that blindly follow the US! There a joke over here that the US sets our foreign policies. Problem is nobodys laughing at it!

Good, looks same as mine. Hope you go w/the SRD bronzoil bushings and SRD extension rod bushing too since you hafta go under there anyway. You won't be sorry. I couldn't believe what a difference in shifting it made. Seemed like a lot more results than the little over $100 spent...

hey mitmaks, you got your question answered so i hope you dont mind if i change the direction of the post...

this has more to do with the stock shifter and modifying it to have a shorter throw... i was thinking of getting some half inch rod and welding it below the ball to shorten the shift, then somebody told me that the ball is just glued on, and it could be heated with a torch and just slide it up an inch or so has anyone tried this ? i dont know weather to think is a stupid idea or a clever one

yeha I know many people that did the "heat and wack the ball mod" and it worked good..the only thing i heard though is it's a PITA to make the ball move

i know this is off topic but someone mentioned in this thread about the u.s. not having provinces... we do have common wealths and territories, that is probably what the auction was refering to.. if i remember right one of our "states" isn't really a state its something else but i don't remember which one.. somewhere on the east coast.

I tried it and I couldnt get it to move. I kept it under fire for 20 minutes. I tried cooking it in my moms oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees C and whacked the **** out of it and nothing moved, I just ended up ruining my shifter so I bought a B&M... works awesome.
