clutch?????

i have a little problem.....
i dont know whether its the clutch or not..
when the engine is warmed up to normal temperature, if im starting out from a stop, as i let out the clutch it starts to judder, and it feels like it wont fully grab the gear until the rpms get high, then it drives fine thorugh out the other gears, when the engine is cold its completely fine.....i just had the clutch replaced in july of this year and ive been driving a standard for years so i dont see how the clutch can be warn out. It also may be my mechanic who has cut a corner......if anyone has heard of this problem or know what it could be, your advice would be appreciated
