what is the lightest battery?

Just trying to take some weight off the front end without relocating the battery.
does anyone know if the optima redtop is lighter than the interstate?

If you live in a place where it's hot and don't have a sound system you should try using a little battery from a little tractor to mow the lawn...
I think that they are 15$can at wal mart for the cheapest one, so you should give it a try they weight next to nothing

I've used hawker genesis 14aH batteries in a few cars with no trouble. Even started fine in sub zero weather.

motorcycle battery perhaps? lawn tractor batteries are also a good choice(very light) but they are quite expensive believe it or not(or at least they are where i work, probably because its a dealership)
