Ok, last night I let my friend drive my car, (no tellin where he went or how he drove, im dumb) anyways when I got in it to go home.. I crank it up and I smell a funny smell, and my clutch is really loose and easy to push. Well when I put it in reverse and hit the gas, the car rev's way up and barely even moves. It does the same for every other gear also, just revs up and doesnt barely even move... Any idea what went wrong? I need to fix it asap!

Sounds like your good friend burnt your clutch out, I get a bit of a nif from mine after a bit a mashing session but he must have given it some real stick by the sounds of it.

I'd get your cluctch looked at and give you mate a kick up the @rse.

Nice one

Yeah, sounds like your "friend??" literally roasted & toasted whatever useful life your clutch may have had left in it. Now the wornout pressure plate doesn't grab/engage, it just sits there smokin... sheez, with friends like that, wouldn't want to meet your enemies. :(

you want something for performance or just something to replace stock

I like Exedy for a solid value stock/better replacement and am partial to ACT for performance, but I don't really know much about Centerforce...
