Engine turns over but won't start

Hopefully someone can help cause I aint got a clue. The engine turns fine and there is a spark coming from the plugs but it won't start. It seems to try to catch but doesn't quite. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Possible causes:
Lack of fuel delivery.
Static timing incorrect.

battery is low on juice

try to listen for your fuel pump. if you don't hear it, I'd start there. your fuel pump is under your backseat and when you turn the car to acc, you should hear it.
