2 questions..

1.what is the torque settings for the bolts that hold the flywheel onto the 2.5 klze??

2.i have heard you have to have the (vas) vane airflow sensor from the klze. to operate correctly....???

1. Same as the 1.8L. (Sorry, don't know what that is.)

2. There are some pretty detailed posts on here about ECU/VAF combinations. Basically, use the following ECU/VAF combos:

MX-3 ecu/KL-DE VAF (from mx6, 626, or probe gt)
KL-ZE ecu/MX-3 VAF
KL-DE ecu/?????
MX-3 with auto, use MX-3 ecu and KL-DE VAF. (Not a good idea!)

so just keep my 1.8 vas instaed of the 2.5 i ask this because people who have been using the 1.8 with the klze ecu keep gettiing engine light and lose of power....???

Tighten in 3 steps in this order:

12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 7 o'clock.

Well, I pulled that info from memory, so maybe I got the combination wrong (but I don't think so). I haven't heard of problems using ZE ecu and 1.8 VAF. My current setup is 1.8 ecu and 2.5 VAF, so I can't say for sure about the ZE ecu.
Someone check my info above to be sure I am correct.

I've got the stock air meter and a KLZE ecu, no troubles.
