the nitrous set up is a wet kit and a seperate 3 gallon tank is being added to the car with a seperate fuel pump with race gas... buddy of mine on a stock G35 is running a 125shot and his brand new engine is doing fine. you got to know how and what you are doing and our shop does.

the cams are from a company in jamestown, new york called interpreptuning.com cams $740.00, valve springs $174.00 full set, shims $120.00. he also makes 270 degree cams which are 10 less hp estimated hp gain with cams are 20hp to 28hp

i'm running a 35 shot now dry and pulling 13.9s in a 1/4. not bad on drag radials, ms8 intake manifold, 1.8ltr tranny and headers

I highly doubt Alistair will sell you a set of the 280's. We had so much trouble with them, We couldn't get my car to run on them without over heating. If your gonna get his cams get the 270's, Frank hit 197whp with them. The 280's shouldn't be used on the street, period. But if don't wanna listen to me you can contact Dimas, he's selling his. He's on AIM as SePHiRoBoner

how much is he asking for his set? the cams were causing the overheating? or it not being tuned right? just asking how much time was put in trying to get the engine to run right. was he doing it himself or was a shop doing it for him?
i would really like the extra hp with the 280's did he try to run a different raidator?

Get the 2.5 stuff. All the aftermarket clutch stuff for the 1.8 is just relabeled 2.5 parts anyway.

not really, the 2.5 clutches are 10mm more in diameter than the 1.8 clutch...but they both work fine, i have an mx-6 clutch mated to my stock, resurfaced flywheel

BTW, the stock 1.8 (or Mx-3) flywheel is ligher than the stock 2.5l flywheel. Its a cheep alternative tha mx-6/probe owners do instead of buying an expensive aftermarker flywheel
