hey whats up guys just got my klze and it is about two days out from install just waiting for mounts and headers. only thing wrong is that the motor came kinda greased over on the manifold and i was wondering if you guys ever paint them or have a really good idea on how to clean them cause engine degreasers did not work!Thanks
klze, ze ecu, hotshot headers,2.5 exhaust, custom cai, plugs, wires,intrax lowering springs, crossdrilled rotors,eclipse deck with in dash 6 disc, 2 12inch jlw3, u.s. amp vlx25, and fosgate door speakers

Sand them to a polished finish.
Mods:
- ZE, Mike seli 214 intake cams, Ported n polished heads, Interprep valve springs, DE retainers, rebuilt bottom end, toga main and rod bearings, toga hv oil pump, CZT 67mm tb, mbx udp, ported intake mani, SS headers, 2.5inch full exhaust, racingbeat muffler, highflow cat, megasquirt v2.

new toy, 86 TII rx7, JDM S5 motor/turbo, + alot of other goodies

sand them with a high or low grit paper?

start with high to get the rough stuff off and progressively go finer as it starts to shine - get yourself a power sander!

but how do you get a power sander to squeeze between the tight spots?

take a look at a Dremel type sander - just be careful not to let it dig in

i thought about that but was worried that the sanding would give it a dull look, my old motor is the v6 k8 1993 and it looks a million times better from head to two it looks brand new
