well, from my point of view, look at the price and judge it yourself. I mean it is just a simple resistor that you could take off from a broken TV's board, or any other printed circuit board that u may find anywhere, even in the garbage.
You don't even have to go to Radio Shack and pay 30 cents for like 5 of the or so.
In top of this, if it were to give some results it would cost the car manufacturer's a penny to have that resistor put on the ECU.
So my answer is, it's a scam, for people who just got their Honda civic, and want to make it in less than 10 seconds for quarter mile.LOL

Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)
