Minenia manifold

Hey guys. I have a question about ZEs/smog/intake manifolds. I understand the California EGR delima, and I would like to just drill the needed hole in my curved-neck ZE intake manifold... Has anybody actally done this? Any pointers, anything to watch out for (seems easy, but I would hate to mess it up!) Also I am considering a Milenia manifold - I assume all years are the same..? (2.5L) Thanks!

im in cali, and i pass smog with out egr equipment. the ze should run cleaner than your k8, ze being in good condition. anyway, jdm cars are not tapped for egr so even if u tap your manifold there is no hole on the head where it is on cars equipped with egr. just remove all traces of it and they probably will not notice especially if u have the jdm ecu that has no egr code programed into it, so ull get no check light either

just go get the 2.5 millenia manifold..there not all the same..get the 96' millenia manifold..there are some of 95 that works but not all of em
