clutch release bearing value???

I need to make a decision on the fly...as in shortly....so can anyone tell me approx. what the value of a brand new generic clutch release bearing (aka throw out bearing)

most clutch kits throw them in for no extra cost by what i understand so im guessing the value would be very low

nopi charged me 45 dollars for a centerforce TOB works great, its an oem replacement the design is a tad different, like the mazdaspeed Engine mounts basically they got rid of the nasty *** rubber, and used some good ol polly, the clutch glides in now with no effort

bought mine from mazda for 25.

bought one from Ford for $42 CDN. not terrible really.
