check your relay' and wiring and also your fuses, i had the same problem and it was because the wire to my relay was loose

umm... i had this happen to 2nd gen eclipse we have. it was fuel injector.

are your spark plugs and spark plugs wires in good shape, that might cause it as well, also check your fuel pump and make shure its not shortening out on you,
