well boys what should i do. roof scoop or targa top? roof scoop will be cheaper, but targa top more unique. so i wanna know what you guys think? targa top would come after my engine work and body kit, just wanna add some flare to it to complete it so......opinions wanted<p>to do this i was going to take the del-sol top and work around and try and get it to work.

targa would probably cost 3k, would render your car completely unsafe and ruin the structure of the car. I dont see what that similarity between a roof scoop and a targa top is. Do you want form or function.

both would be looks and something different. and there are ways to stiffen the car to make it safer. im prob doin the roof scoop with the kit, and well im just askin opinions cuz we are actually starting to gather pieces to do it on a friends 240 so.....i was like i like different, wonder if we could do it to my car just to set it apart. but, cost i knew would be high so bet ur money it aint happening unless i buy an atx for all show!

niether. Both ideas are bad for a MX3 IMHO.

Targa would be unusable for 5 months out of the year in green bay!

I agree with Darren, but if you do pick one, go with the roof scoop. I used to be obsessed with targa tops, but now that has faded. If you do something that drastic to your car, you might end up regreting it later.

well i thank you all for input. i really like the roof scoop on the car...just its been done b4 so. and plus i do wanna make this car have balls so for those purposes its goin to be scoop.
