Rear Engine Mount!

Post by SimonPK »

How do you get this one off - I loosened the centre through bolt but their is no clearance to take it out. Next idea take off the 2 bolts which hold the mount housing to the transmision case - again no clearance to get the bolts out. Finally tries jacking the engine/ transmission up and down to see if I can get clearance to get bolts out - still can't!
Anybody got any ideas?!
Thanks

I reluctantly have to agree it's either take the engine and transmission out OR just loosen off the top engine mount and the tranmission mount. That worked fine - way too much effort for something which should just come out easy though!
thanks
