tps sensor swap

ok guys here's the thing...I accidently dropped my 96 millenia throttle body on the floor and crack the tps..can i just swap the sensor from my k8 tb to my millenia tb??
just to make sure we talking about the same thing it's the last black plastic piece on the left side<p>

I was told if you swap over just the TPS that it would work right after words. I am not sure if that info it right but thats what I was told when I had to get one for my BPT.

When I got my KLZE which was a Millenia type it has a cracked TPS - I took the TPS off my old K8 and it works no problem at all!
