having problems with my 92 mx-3

ok so the check engine light came on so I had a friend who works for a garage check it out and the test came back with two problems .... a code 16 which is the egr sensor and a code 4 he said he didn't know what a code 4 is does anyone know what a code 4 is.. and also how much an egr sensor is going to cost and how hard it is to replace?<p>thank you,
