FWD RX7
hey is it possable to make a 13B rotary engine FWD? is there a FWD mazda tranny that will with-stand the power made by the 13B? im thinking about buying a 13B and doing a FWD version on my car.

Re: FWD RX7
Anything's possible, but it would be cheaper to convert your car to RWD than to convert a 13B to FWD. I think either endeavor is more trouble than it's worth, but if you're going to do one you might as well end up with a RWD car when you're done.<p>I don't have any idea what FWD transaxle would work with the 13B, but since it was never made to mate up to one, you're looking at a lot of fabrication and probably serious space issues if you ever find one.

Re: FWD RX7
Race car fabricators would be your best bet, but you'd be talking some serious dollars for a car that could still be dragged off quite easily by any halfway decent RWD car, if you want a rotary - buy an RX-7!
