Electrical problem

Hi everyone, I have a little electric problem..After reinstalling everything in the car after painting it, a couple of things in the car stopped working..Cigarette lighter, power door locks, dome light, cd player ( I miss this one ) 
...I checked the fuses and everything is alright...Many people told me it all these problems was related or it was a ground that was disconnected...What do you guys think.??could this be right? What could be the problem? Thanx for any help..It's really long driving without music
